This is a basic, honest statement, not a certified conformance report. We haven't commissioned a formal WCAG audit yet. We've built with accessibility in mind (semantic HTML, keyboard-operable forms, no build step obscuring the markup) and we're committed to fixing issues as they're found.
1. Our commitment
Racso Solutions wants this website and the dashboard application to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom/text-resizing. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical, and we treat accessibility bugs the same as any other bug.
2. What's in place today
- Plain, semantic HTML throughout — no JavaScript framework hiding the document structure from assistive technology
- All forms (including the "Request access" form and the dashboard login) are keyboard-operable and have visible labels
- Colour is never the only way information is conveyed on this marketing site — status/price differences are also shown in text
- Text scales with browser zoom; the layout doesn't rely on a fixed pixel viewport
3. Known limitations
We haven't yet run a full audit against every page, so there may be gaps we're not aware of — likely candidates are colour-contrast edge cases in the dashboard's status badges, and missing alt text on any decorative icons we've added informally. If you find one, please tell us (see below) — we'd genuinely rather know.
4. Third-party content
The dashboard embeds no third-party widgets. This marketing site links out to Calendly for demo booking — Calendly's own accessibility is outside our control, but their own accessibility statement is available on their site.
5. Reporting an accessibility issue
If you're having trouble using any part of this website or the Racso dashboard, please email hello@racsosolutions.co.uk with:
- The page or feature you were trying to use
- What happened (or didn't happen)
- What browser/assistive technology you were using, if known
We'll aim to acknowledge your report within 5 business days and let you know what we plan to do about it.
6. Improving this statement
This is a first version, deliberately basic. We plan to commission a proper WCAG audit as the product matures and will publish updated conformance details here once we have them.
