Short version: this marketing website doesn't set any cookies at all. The dashboard application (app.racsosolutions.co.uk) sets exactly one cookie, to keep you logged in. We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking anywhere.
1. This website (racsosolutions.co.uk)
No cookies are set when you browse this marketing site. We use Cloudflare's cookieless web analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are popular — it doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, doesn't track you across other sites, and there's nothing for it to store in your browser. Because it's cookieless and non-tracking, UK/EU cookie-consent rules (PECR) don't require a consent banner for it. We still show a small notice bar linking to this page, since we'd rather over-disclose than under-disclose.
This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts' CDN. That's an external resource request, not a cookie — Google doesn't set a cookie for it and we don't pass it any personal data — but like any third-party resource it does mean your browser's IP address reaches Google's servers when a page loads.
2. The dashboard (app.racsosolutions.co.uk)

Both cookies are httpOnly (not readable by any JavaScript, including ours) and are only ever set on the app.racsosolutions.co.uk domain, never on this marketing site. As strictly-necessary cookies for a service you've logged into, they don't require consent under PECR/GDPR — there is no toggle to turn them off other than logging out.
3. What we don't use
- No Google Analytics
- No Facebook Pixel or other ad-retargeting tags
- No third-party advertising cookies
- No cross-site tracking of any kind
4. Changes to this policy
If we ever add a new analytics or tracking tool that does use cookies, we'll update this page first and add a consent banner if the law requires one at that point.
